Question: When should I make my reservation?
Answer: If you have already booked your flight, then you should book your ground transportation as well. There are two reasons for this. First, during the weekends is all transportation companies most busy time. We do sell out. Secondly, Fares are subject to change without notice. If you like the fares you see, book it - they can change tomorrow!

Question: Is the fare the same whether I book On-Line or over the Phone?
Answer: Yes, the fares you see on-line are the same over the telephone. If we offer an "On-Line Booking Special", those fares can only be booked on-line.

Question: What time should I schedule my pick up at the airport or port?
Answer: Generally, it takes approximately 30 minutes to claim your luggage once you arrive. The best policy is to schedule your pick up time at the airport about 30 to 45 minutes after your flight lands. When your ship docks in Miami, you have to clear US Customs and Immigration which can take over an hour. Generally, we do not schedule pick ups at the Port of Miami before 8:30AM.

Question: Is The Shuttle Guaranteed to be waiting for me when I arrive?
Answer: Your trip is 100% guaranteed with us. This means that you are contracting us to provide transportation. We have a better than 98% on-time rate. Please understand that we cannot always predict traffic and road conditions. We apologize in advance if the shuttle is delayed in picking you up.

Question: Is Driver Gratuity Included In the Fares?
Answer:
Absolutely! Our fares are all inclusive which means once you book there is NO additional money expected from you!

Question: How will I find my driver when I arrive?
Answer: Your driver is given your Cell Phone Number (This is why we require it to make a reservation). Approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time, your driver will call you directly on your cell phone and coordinate the meeting place for pick up at the airport or cruise terminal.

Question: Will I be sharing my shuttle with someone else?
Answer: No, all of our shuttles are private which means there is no "ride-sharing" with strangers. This trip is all about you!

Question: What if I am late and my driver has to wait for me?
Answer: Our drivers will await up to 30 minutes at no additional charge. After 31 minutes, your credit card will be charged $50.00 for every 30 minutes the driver must wait for you to arrive. This does not apply to airport pick ups. In case your flight is late, our Dispatch Desk tracks your flight and adjusts your pick up time accordingly. That's why we ask for your arriving flight information when you make a reservation.

Question: I am traveling with children. Are car seats provided?
Answer: We are often asked if we supply Child Restraint Seats onboard our shuttles. The answer is no, we do not. The United States does not require children to travel in Car Seats in commercial vehicles. Parents are encouraged to bring their own car seats if they choose. We have heard parents say that they don't believe it's safe for a child to travel in a shuttle without a car seat. We understand the concerns parents have and offer this advice. Our shuttles have a maximum speed governor of 70 Miles Per Hour....an airplane travels at speeds in excess of 500 miles per hour. In short, we encourage you to bring your car seats for your children when you travel.

Question: What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Answer: Our fares are fully refundable if cancellation is made 31 days prior to your trip. After that time, there is a cancellation penalty. Please review our Terms and Conditions before making a reservation. If your flight was cancelled, we will refund 100% of your fare (even if it's last minute) providing you have documentation to verify the cancellation from the airline.

Question: Will the shuttles I be riding in be insured and permitted legally?
Answer: Yes, all of the shuttles we use are insured with a minimum of $1 Million Dollars of General Liability and we currently have permits to transport in and out of all major airports and cruise ports in the State of Florida.

Everyone is always excited when they are about to embark on a Cruise and understandably so! It's an exciting time, especially for those who get such little vacation time. Getting from the airport to the cruise port is the easy part. Most people will book their airport pick ups generally 45 minutes to 1 hour after the flight is scheduled to arrive. Our Driver will call you 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time to let you know where the driver is located so finding each other is easy. Most Cruise Lines allow passengers to embark the ship after 12 Noon. Some Cruise Lines offer early embarkation for those whom have paid a little extra. (Call your Cruise Line for details) We always ask that you ensure that whatever cell phone number you provide when you make your reservation is charged fully and on the day of your travels. It is imperative that you and your driver are able to communicate. Please don't forget your cell phone!

Getting off the ship is an entirely different process altogether. It can be quite stressful if you are a first time cruiser. Here's a fact for you...the average cruise port receives 4 to 6 scheduled cruise ships daily and they all arrive around the same time. Passengers must disembark, claim their luggage, then go through US Customs and Immigration before actually being allowed to leave the terminal building. All of Florida's Cruise Ports have one road in and one road out to exit the Cruise Port. Let's do some math...each cruise ship carries on the average of 2000 guests and when you multiply that by an average of 5 ships per port, that is 10,000 people all trying to leave the port at the same time. Setting aside the newly arriving 10,000 guests whom are leaving on their cruise that same day. So now there is 20,000 people coming in and going out of a cruise terminal. It can be quite the nightmare! We always suggest booking your flight home no earlier than LATE afternoon.

Suggestion: If your flight departs later in the day - STAY ON THE SHIP and don't schedule your pick up time early in the day. The "peak" pick up time from the Cruise Port is between 08:15AM and 09:30AM. Try and schedule between 09:45AM and 11:30AM for your pick up
